How much would it cost to get a local repair computer place to fix my computer?

It has a bad virus, and won’t boot up anymore. I’m pretty sure I need to reinstall Windows Xp but dont have the knowledge/time and would rather have a professional do it so I don’t mess it up. Can anyone give me an estimate of how much this generally costs?
