Do I need to report $200 in earnings through personal computer services I provided?

I earned $200 through provision of personal computer services in Michigan. After business expenses, I only made $50. Do I need to even report this? If the cost of driving counts, I could say that this side business netted $0. Also, is there even much liability here, dealing with such petty stuff?
