- Minimum of 5years of field service experience
- A Plus, Network Plus. Microsoft certification desirable
- Clean drivers license
- Own reliable transportation
- Non-restrictive cell phone usage
- Clean and professional appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service experience and skills
- Must be able to follow strict guidelines and procedures
- Must maintain good documentation on all activities
