People who say its overpriced don't really know how long it takes to do all that. If Geek Squad charged by the hour (which they don't), it would most certainly be well over that price. As far as stealing stuff from your computer, it is highly unlikely, given the bad press by very very few agents. Best Buy has implemented polices and restrictions on the computers that we use for data backups that will not allow us to view any pictures or videos or transfer those pictures and videos to any unapproved device. Personal flash drives are also restricted and those approved for use are constantly checked. The PC used for data backups is literally locked down with a lock and key (so the Hard Drive can't be removed), and as I said before, with software/policy restrictions.
